11. Subscription Services
Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis (e.g. monthly content retainers). By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to:
Automatic recurring billing based on the agreed plan and payment schedule
Providing accurate and up-to-date payment information
Notifying us at least 14 days in advance if you wish to cancel, pause, or modify your plan
All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle and do not retroactively refund the current one.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ written notice.

In Public Studio treats all client information as confidential. This includes but is not limited to:
Internal company strategies and metrics
Personal founder narratives and intellectual property
Any unpublished content or draft material
We do not disclose, share, or reuse client information outside the scope of service delivery — unless granted explicit written permission.
We are happy to sign mutual NDAs upon request. By default, your data and brand assets are treated with strict confidentiality.
